That is unlike 401k or stock markets – typically, multifamily syndications distribute cash flow quarterly, as soon as the first or second year of your investment, while implementing a value add business plan.
Some deals are even structured as refinance to return all or part of your initial investment during the first few years, while still holding the property to generate cash flow of infinite returns.
