Founder & CEO
Patrick has fifteen years of experience in active real estate investment: purchasing distressed assets, renovating, and stabilizing for long term cashflow. His portfolio includes controlling ownership over 4000 units in the emerging markets across Texas and the South Eastern United States.
In addition to his real estate experience, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of the Pacific, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering from San Jose State University. He has spent 15 years in corporate America working for machine design firms to concept, design, and build one-of-a-kind custom manufacturing automation and robotic systems. In addition to working closely with the technical engineering teams, he travels globally working to negotiate contracts and secure multi-million dollar investment for automation programs. He has been able to leverage his corporate experience and real estate knowledge to help pave the way for future success.
Shuo F. Grimes
Shuo specializes in production management. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Producing and Management and currently is a member of the Producers Guild of America. Now residing in Los Angeles, Shuo has over 10 years of producing and management experience in the entertainment and performing arts industry on multi-million dollar projects. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she has been able to leverage her cross-cultural relationships, corporate management skills, and real estate knowledge to help her community in achieving passive income and financial gains.
Director of Marketing
Prior to joining Invest on Main Street as Director of Marketing, Brian developed key marketing strategies for private equity syndication firms that were instrumental in raising over $100M in equity to acquire well over $500M in assets in several core real estate sectors, such as multifamily, self-storage, single-family, mobile home parks, parking lots, and airplane hangars.

SVP, Alternative Assets
Josh is the SVP of Global Pricing and Revenue Management for Lineage Logistics, the world’s largest cold storage REIT, where he has helped grow the company 6x in less than seven years. Previously led the finance and accounting organization for Menlo Worldwide Logistics (subsequently acquired by XPO), where he oversaw a finance team of 150 spanning 42 countries. Josh is active in alternative investments, and is currently in over 35 different deals spanning multiple asset classes.
SVP Family Offices
Trey directs investments for a single-family office with entrepreneurial roots in the financial services industry. They hold investments in insurance and financial services, commercial real estate, and early-stage technology investments.
His specialties include business development, deal structuring, venture capital investment, corporate investment, M&A deals, sourcing, and negotiation.
Prior to joining Invest On Main Street, John worked for 20+ years in the education field and as a Customer Service Expert. He was instrumental in structuring a customer service team of over 1000 agents. John excels at providing information promptly and correctly to everyone with whom he speaks. He enjoys interacting with investors and making sure they have everything they need.
Prior to joining Invest On Main Street, Ashley worked as an Executive Assistant in an offshore company for 6 years engaged in finance and marketing. She did consultant jobs that involve team building, strategic implementation, social media marketing, talent acquisition and development, and core company collaboration.
Prior to joining Invest On Main Street, Jeffrey worked for 5+ years in customer service. He has an excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational improvements In many departments such as Sales, Retention, Tech Support and Customer Service.
For the past 19 years, Robert has been instrumental in the completion of $1.5B in commercial and multifamily real estate transactions. During that same time period, Robert played an integral role in building commercial construction and property management businesses to further monetize the real estate investments. In addition, Robert spent time on Wall Street raising capital and launching a technology-focused hedge fund. With his subject matter expertise, he’s advised equity partners, raised capital and facilitated due diligence on a dozen transactions ranging from manufacturing to real estate. As a CPA with significant CFO experience, Robert understands the importance of knowing the numbers and managing risk.
Rod Khleif is a passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2,000 apartments and homes. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million-dollar businesses. Rod is most proud of his work as a community philanthropist. Over the past 14 years, Rod’s work has benefited more than 40,000 underprivileged community children. Rod has combined his passion for real estate investing with his personal philosophy of goal setting, envisioning, and manifesting success to become one of America’s top real estate investment professionals.
Ian Oversees the family’s real estate portfolio and equity investments now with both GP and LP ownership in 1,100 multifamily units as well as private self storage and office assets. The office also owns and operates a successful multifamily lending program.
Ben has 20+ year history purchasing, overseeing and repositioning multifamily with approximately 3,100+ apartment units in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
