Composing Asset Quarterly Update - Invest on Main Street

Hello, this is Shuo. So if you’re the type of investor who is not so interested in tracking properties’ performance, but just around to collect distribution checks, then this section may not be as important to you.

But if you are a person like me who likes reading reports on their investment, then the asset investment reports update will be where we find the information.

So by industry standards, these reports are sent out from GP to passive investors on a quarterly basis. So good reports should include a concise and informative overview, briefing if the asset is on track to the business plan, with key operational updates and also areas that need further attention and improvements. They should include performance updates on revenue, expense, and distribution in comparison to what was being projected and also include an outlook for the next quarter.
